Rooftop Repair and Maintenance

Repair, clean and/or paint your roof to get it back to its former glory.

Over time, the surface of the roof over your property may become worn down by weather conditions. Replacing or repairing your roof will restore it so that it can continue to provide you with the protection you need, whilst adding value to your property.

The team at Remedial can assist any roof repair; replacing all broken tiles and re-bed and re-point ridge capping where required. For metal roofs, we will treat any areas that have been overcome by rust, and replace any sheets that can’t be fixed. We can also clean and paint your roof, to get it back to its former glory. Once all repairs have been completed, we will then pressure clean the roof and prepare the surface for re-spraying.

Our experienced team can also help you to select the right colour for your roof that will compliment the rest of your property. We only use premium quality painting materials and can also apply a specialty heat-reflective coating to your roof, to increase its insulation properties. This can reduce your energy costs, by lessening the need to run air conditioning.

We are able to repair and respray all roof-types including:

  • Colorbond roof
  • Galvanised iron roof
  • Concrete tile roof
  • Terracotta tiled roof
