Structural Repair

Take action to address critical structural issues quickly.

Over time your building may develop structural issues – be it a sagging balcony slab, movement of the foundations or rusted steel reinforcement causing concrete cancer. While structural issues are not always obvious (they may sometimes be observed as a rust stain or a leak), if you notice any areas of your building that may require repair, it’s important to take action early.

For any issues with the foundation, cracks which require façade repair or work to replace entire structural elements, don’t delay. The sooner you take action to remediate the identified problems, the better.

Our experienced team can work with you to not only identify the issues affecting your building, but in devising the right, cost-effective solution for your project.

With over 50 years’ experience and with independent certification – including ISO 9001, 14001 and AS/NZ 4801 – you can be assured of quality workmanship and a specialised maintenance solution for your apartment complex, hotel, or commercial building.
