We’ve been delivering remediation work for over 50 years; one of our first jobs was working on the roof of the Sydney Opera House, from 1969 – 1975. More recently we completed repair and upgrade works at Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton and Kellogs.

Over the years, we have worked across a range of residential sites such as high-rise apartments, multi-dwelling and strata complexes as well as commercial sites such as offices, food and beverage facilities, shopping centres, universities, industrial facilities and heritage listed buildings.

Our advice to owner occupiers, building managers and strata managers is this: Keep an eye out for obvious signs of balcony disrepair. It may be nothing, but having an engineer or structural repair specialist attend earlier than later could go a long way to minimising the damage and thus minimising the cost of repair.
