While home or property owners see the need for repairs and maintenance, the cost for of undertaking preventative structural analysis can be high and is likely to put many people off. But the cost of doing so may surprise people. Usually people wait until damage becomes serious enough to be apparent and cause other issues, by which time the damage is done and extensive works are required.
